Maybe I’ll be able to ride again, travel again. Who knows, it could happen, fingers crossed.

This is probably one of the times of the year that I hate the most. I can’t watch local news, because it’s full of stories about the festival where I was struck down by E coli. Seeing or hearing about it, raises my blood pressure and creates a good deal of stress, so I simply don’t watch or listen. It reminds me of how long this situation has been going on, and how unfair it is. Instead I prefer to remember good times, and hope for better times ahead, like trips to explore places in the stories, and wonderful people we’ve met. Better times, and hopefully better times to come. Maybe I’ll be able to ride again, travel again. Who knows, it could happen, fingers crossed.

  1. Wait. What happened with the e.coli deal. What were you doing? Where were you? How bad was it?

About Trudy Andrew

Trudy Andrew lives on a small farm just east of Winnipeg, Manitoba, where she enjoys her Morgan horses. A dreamer since she was a child, its no surprise to those who know her well that her imagination would find an outlet in writing, as it has in the past through artwork.
